What Is Your Return Policy?

All orders of Standard Sizes (S to XL) are returnable.
 
1. Only a credit note will be issued after the return has been processed that can be used anywhere on the website.

2. All the shipping charges are to be paid  by the customer for the return of the products.

3. A message must be sent via our website or our email within 48 hours of receiving the package for the return to be processed. 
 
4. All the tags and packaging on the product must be intact for the return to be processed. 
 
5. All specially customized orders & sizes | products bought on sale or offer cannot be returned.

When Should I Expect To Receive My Order

Once your order is received, It can take up to one business day for your order to be confirmed by our dedicated team, after that your order begins processing

Once the order has been processed It will be shipped to your address,  you will receive the order tracking number through your E-mail. Or you can just simply track your order status by going to your account page and viewing your order status.
 
Note the average time you can expect your order to arrive can vary between 2-4 weeks depending on the quantity/complexity of your order & the location.

Are the colors shown on the website images accurate to the outfits I will receive?

We here at AJT try our best to keep the colors of the outfit or accessories as accurate as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the outfits/accessories will match the colors viewed on your device. Also take note that slight variations may occur in hand embroidered outfits as well.
